Update 2.1

 

Yes, Looks like a war...they moved.

As the region was growing some spys were lurking everywere.

These were French spys, from France. They did not like how they had

good transportation and good fruit. They wanted some. Unhappily, they

sent all this information to France. SO...in  5 months there after, they

send thier tanks to destroy the towns.

 

2 years later, 2029, all the ppl were left homeless, so with wood

they made tiny boats. They gathered as much food...they were

smart, so they made two extra boats for food attached to a boat.

 

2 months l8ter, they found an exotic land. They cut down wood.

5 months l8ter, the friendly Spanish arrived, giving them steel and clay.

To make bricks and factories. Now, 2034. The new Branton (Braw-son say it)

has been completed as a small town. Still, there was bigger future and wider

plans. Right now they took a break/giving a complete look at the city Below

 

~ps, they mayor didn't took a plane to take a pic. of the city, he sponge painted

it, he says he likes art~lol

 

 

Thats that...next we go onto the beach. Since they came in small boats they parked right on the beach ready for

development. Since then, these boats have still been standing. Branton now is more of a Southern Suburban

 

 

Up way north in the town, we got this waterway. No boats, just bridges. No palm trees grew here. Cause the industry (on the other side) died the palm trees. Instead they put another kind of tree. There's a lot of mixes of trees. Branton is mostly tropical.

 

 

Last but not least, a random nieghborhood picture. More residents are becoming richer. Due to working in Manufactory Industries.

Note: I did not cheat. (Sorry for the low graphics)

 

 

So there we got it all. Pictures and discriptions of the new tropical Branton (say it Braw-son or Bran-ten)

At long last the update arrives.

Update!!
So here's our small town, busting out. 


The local newspaper has been set off, full of ideas, and our small european town is growing, but most people in the town are from Canada and America, and artictects come from France.



The new suburbs have been planned, planned in action, he we see a small farm....waiting for development. Mahahaha! Lol





construction ain't all that Branton is going through...tourists are coming to flock the city...now Trumph Steam is one of them, beautiful waterfalls splash in smack of the city.

This is the south of Branton, way up for construction is saiding up houses. We got some good retailers coming here to, if business doesn't bother the sims.

Population Reaches New High!

 

Yes, here we got our Branton...expanded like nuts, before we continue, let me show you around

 

RED---Downtown                                Hot Pink---La Term Pinnacle

Yellow---Remedy Condos                    Purple---Uptown (under construction)

green---Vantoria Isle                          Mountain Purple---Maple Valley

 

 

That concludes our update.......wait a minute......hmm, I think its to hard to see eh, well, then lets go closer.

First off we got the downtown. Nice and busy, (I turned the car setting to medium) People before were complaining

about no Bed Bath and Beyond store, so they constructed one on the corner of Sherwood Street and Oscar Points Drive, near the elementry school.

 

 

Now Uptown Branton is the complete oppisite. They say its under construction Poor apartments, and 40% of the population is here. And you see the big high-rise to the left? Thats the worst part of the town. They could destroy it..but that would bring the population down...so they're waiting for a nicer skyscaper to take its place, say about 40,000ppl.

 

 

Maple Valley---the richest part of town---low traffic and crime. Almost everybody is trying to get there, but the Land Value is so high that it takes a lot of money, even to buy the smallest house! Some ponds...Parks...cliffs...everything a sim could ask for...the commutes are pretty short. And its not a long drive to applebees and other shops.

Here we are, nother update...we will be focusing on smaller details now. Like business and demand to be truthful.
Speaking of Demand, lets see that chart...here it is. The current demand. It seems residentail is poping in

...a bit higher paying industries too.

 

 

Thanks to us...

Well, business is booming. Traffic is higher than ever. Nice offices have been constructed in Downtown Branton.

The future is clear for our city.

 

 

The town is also popular by its nice high steeped prices nieghborhoods.

Really rich. nieghborhood with so open streets and a elementry school nearby.

 

 

 

 

PINE PORT

 

Built on an island of the coasts of Branton and the two other cities

(discribed later) Pine Port has to be Brantons #1 Product area of the

region. It makes the objects and sells them to The local area. Current view.

 

 

The Ports, among the current ship traffic passing through the area.

They got a lot of cargo to carry out of them to bring them to Branton.

Some ferries populate the waters too.

 

 

The main power is solar...from the sun. It manipulates the power. Squeezing into particals that realse energy into the wires that flow over. They call this SolarMauply or Solar area.

Welcome to Oak Springs. Branton the main city, has been over reacting. There not gonna put much more buildings in, since the expansion is cutting the land. So bond with this tiny town. Oak Springs is currenly at 3,500 sims, and most of them are rich...one word I did not cheat. Thats right. Branton is 60 years old, no doubt about richness. Anyway, lets get on to our update, shall we?

Before we go on, you might want an overview look. So here we go. Its divided up to three parts, Union County, Everblade Forest County, and Downtown.

 

First off the tour begins with Downtown. He we got some nice stores located near a tramway. You can see a Western Inn Hotel near by north.

 

Union County is a rich field with some shops, and high income deluxe housing. Really green. It would take a poor sim a lot to pay for it even if its abandoned.

 

End of the tour...wait I forgot Everblade Forest! Everblade Forest is in Everblade Forest County, thats where it got the name from lol. Anyway the trees are tall and this is a great camping site to be in. Watch out for the hungry bears!

Update!

Note: this is a high update...so dial up users must take there time.

Welcome to Green Metro! A nice growing town of 3000 citizens.



Before we get started..lets look at it around. This is the North:::



And this is the south..



As you can see here...the commecial part of town is rapidly growing...they added a highway to speed things up. (at least its getting used but you dont see it...LOL.



Here~~is some high class residents...no one else of the north can afford this high priced area...not even you could ever afford it..so viewers beware.



Enough with the north...lets go south of the city. Here we have a high class nieghborhood. With retailors moving about the region, we lowered the taxes to the local area, no wonder they call it green metro.



Hence this but go up north of the south u would c a huge waterfall and some farms surounding it. These crops are lucky rich crops that even some middle class would work here.



Lets get closer to that waterfall. Here we go, a nice tourist spot with a road leading to it. People cant swim but can fish. (you don't know how many reports told that fish got in sims bathing suits, rofl)



Well, last of that update...oh yes, the region view anyone?

Very nice and detailed. I can see that this growing city is going to have a bright future!  I liked the psycho rampaging animals that can walk on water, nice! Never would have thought of that! Then again I never used the create animals tool.

Update 2.9

 

Yeah its here folks, and so does Branton. We have grow to a point that it still keeps on coming. Now with our feature presentation. A warm welcome with Uptown Branton. As you can see we got some smoothe development growing. Wit the new bank (thanx simgoober) and some out of town townhousing.

 

 

As well, the town grows to a point witch Land Value is high. The nightlife features a lot. so hang on to that money.

 

 

Hmm, a strange nieghborhood, a waterfall, ah yes, looks like we hit the jackpot guys. This is the richest nieghborhood in all of Branton. But the mayor is curseing the company that make these lousy pictures

 

These roads are pretty senic. Above roads go across the forest (and a bit into the water) No speed limits here. Just drive that fancy car away!

 

 

Im tired. Lets go out of town and see the nature. Beauty has its name here. Good for picnics. (hey watch the bears!)

Blah Blah, anyway here's the update. Some eastern development caught in, looking a New England kinda look. Northwestern look too. Docks have been put up, canals, and some flora has been in the planting.
