Here is my problem I would like to create an airport in diagonal but the problem I find no runway in... diagonal.

Then it is certain of you will can indicate to me one links.

I would also like to include why my building which I have to download are not enlightened a the night

Currently, there are no available diagonal runways; nobody has created them. The most approximate solution is using dark ramp pieces to fake diagonal runways, something that some players do. The result isn't outstanding but looks convincing at further zooms.

As for the nightlights, you better take a look to this thread specially to this part:

Before playing, you need to pick up the two (2) necessary EA-released patches to your game for it to work correctly. In recent months, it has been noted that the official EA SimCity 4 Deluxe site has been taken down. So as not to leave these players hanging, some mirrors have been set up containing the assorted official updates.

Important note: If you purchased your game from an authorized download sourse, you may not need any further updates. Check the properties of the game's .exe file. If it indicates you have version 1.1.641.0 or if you already have version 1.1.640.0, you will not need further updates.

You should apply the two updates to the game in this order: EP1 to fix bugs, and the BATupdate to allow nightlights.

When you are finished, you should check to see that the version number of the .exe file for the game in Program files/Maxis/Apps has been updated to 1,1,640,0. This is proof that your updates worked.

That last post is not very clear. Can you, perhaps, write it out in French then translate it using one of the translators such as Google? I don't understand what it is you want, mon ami.

From what I guess he want a link to a thread that takes BATs requests so he can submit his idea of diagonal runways... And also the link for nightlights update? Not sure though

Magneto understood it is what I wanted to say but I ask you to believe that I use a translator, Reverso, but it works not very well.

If you can reach it, I suggest you use the Google translator. It produces a more vernacular result. Like this.

Ok this is what I did but for my idea and my diagonal track lighting problems

Right now I am figuring out how to rotate textures so I can create diagonal airports, but I need to learn how to first. Anyone know how to rotate textures/ make them diagonal first. Check out the FARuA project thread. for what I and a team of creators will do.
