One suggestion: in empty undeveloped lots, add parks or something. Cities look better when they are more filled up.

WOW I dont know why I though it is a city like George Orwell's 1984. Looks so utopic o.O and I dont know why :D

After a way-too-long hiatus, Antara is back and better than ever!

 

So this is supposed to be a futuristic city right? You have some futuristic stuff but the rest is plain 20th century junk! You really need to download this mod  

and go to here  https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=13356.0  Dude it you try to make a futuristic city you got to make it fully futuristic, not partially futuristic. There are mods for that. You know there are some great futuristic CJ out there. You should read them and learn how to make a good looking futuristic city.
