Bug affecting region view when saving a big city tile. Does not affect the city itself, but it is REALLY annoying for the region view!

So this is the issue, I recently transfered my game to a new pc, installed it and everything with both updates. The PC specs are i5-2500K with 8 GB RAM installed, GTX 560 Ti with 1 GB graphics card, 120 GB SSD + 1TB HDD, so a hardware issue is most likely out of question. I also use win 7 SP 1 dutch version. My game is Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition. I alreade tried reinstalling it, and saving the big city without any plugins, and saving big tiled cities on different regions to see if the error persisted. Here´s a self-explainatory image. If anybody could help, Id really appreciate it. Now, I'll try installing the game on my small Notebook (AMD E2, 4 GB Ram) to see if the error continues there.

OK.... I won´t say nevermind, but I found a way to "overcome" the issue. Not really a solution, but setting the resolution to one step lower below maximum resolution seems to stop this from happening. Im not sure why, but I imagined that if the issue only appeared in big tiles and not small ones, then a lower resolution for the big tiles (such as reducing them to something closer to a smaller tile) would stop it and it worked... but itd be pretty damn amazing to play the game max resolution, specially if having a 22 inch monitor

exactly 1920 x 1080, so if this is an issue with no fix, then I guess I'll to conform to using a lower resolution

I run at 1920 x 1080 without this problem. The known problem is caused by rendering the region at higher than 1999 vertical px. The work around is to open each city at a lower resolution, then save it.
