Are there mods for 3D scrolling

As the title says, are there mods someplace that will allow 3D spin around type scrolling, and further zoom?

Yes, thats correct. I do have such a camera mod for Citys XL. I was wondering if there was one for SC4 Deluxe.

for Simcity 4, no. i could go in to detail about the subject madder but i rather not, sc4 belive it or not is a 2 dimensional game that renders appear 3Dish

Not possible, however wonderful it would be. SC4 Models are not full 3D, and there would be no point trying to rewrite a 10 year old game.

With legacy games you take them as you find them with regards to such basics. Wait until February if you want something like that, and do tell us how you like the new SimCity (2013). Graphics is not the be all and end all of gaming.

Yeah it's rendered with a combination of 2D and 3D. So not possible.

I just looked at a couple of SC2013 trailers. Impressive. I’m a huge city builder fan. More into Children of the Nile (second place winner building Great Pyramid) and Caesar 4 and Civ Rome types I admit. Still though can’t wait for the new SC. But Un fortunately I stopped playing SC4 and restarted CitysXL11 with the camera mod. I wish they had above ground hiways like Rush hour though.

Unfortunately there’s hardly anything new out there with City building. At least none I’ve heard of anyway.

I’d even buy an old one If I could find something I don’t already have. Sad state.

I know it's 3/4 Years later..

But there's a new Mod for litterly 3D Modifications of SC4 (Deluxe Works the best for this mod)!,

But be carefull, it's in Beta .. Litterly, Well you can always try it.. (Just saying).

I havent seen that one before...lol

- Taking a pic of the monitor with your iPhone/camera crashes the camera and game.

- Some buildings are missing textures and may appear as perfect 3D brown boxes. If you see one, back slowly away and don't make any sudden movements.

- Water may not be wet enough

- Grids crash the game

Hmm.  If you want a picture of your screen, warts and all, press Prt Scr.  In windows this goes to the clipboard as a BMP.  What you do after that is up to you. 

In Linux, I get a ScreenSnapshot application with a PNG image, but can store it in any format I like, usually JPG. 

Crashing an Android device hardly surprises me, and if it is an iPhone, even less.  Trust an end user to find bugs in a system.  The worst part of Android is that it is Linux based, and therefore this behaviour is embarrassing for the implementers who have had access to all the Linux source.  Can't even copy/adapt the code properly.  For shame.
