I Need Help!

I'm trying to install all the dependencies for the CAM Lots (all the extra buildings, blah blah blah you can get for CAM) and everytime i click the link it takes me to the STEX home, which is not what i want. And when i copy, paste the title of the file into the STEX search..NOTHING COMES UP, this needs to be fixed simtropolis. If i may say this pisses me right off.

You mind posting the names of the dependecies you are missing then maybe we can actually help you...

Yeah, a lot of the dependency links for custom content on ST are broken, but it would take ages to fix all of them. To make matters worse, ST's search is not that good. The results you actually want are most often on the third or fourth page, or not there at all. Some dependencies have been combined with others in a dependency package, which also makes things more difficult. However, it is usually possible to find what you are looking for, whether you have to use a search engine (Google, for instance; I often just type in the name of the file I need) or look through STEX search results pages.

And as yarahi said, if you post the dependencies you need, we can help you find them. I've downloaded CAM and the growable R/C/I packages before; I know it's really frustrating.

First, realise that the readmes for certain CAMeLots were made years before the most recent barrage of Simtropolis site updates.
