Hi.

I have been wanting to use the but the problem is;

when I was testing this out in a sandbox region, I noticed that after demolishing the lot.. The maintenance cost would not go away from my budget..

Anyone knows how to fix this problem??

Illustrated before and after demolishing (the cost beeing 440)

Ps: the lot is not immortal as I can zone (and grow) anything I want in its place..

I'm just guessing because there's no dates on your budgets but did you wait until the following month to see if the cost has disappeared ?

Believe in only what you can prove.

    Might be true in the instances when those pics were taken.. But I have tried to ignore the issue before on a more developed city.. and it stays like that for (in-game) years :(

    Is it still considered to be built within the city? Remove it from your plugins and see what happens. Also try a test region and see if obliterating or deleting cities resets it.

    Now, doesn't that depend on how badly you want this building? If you have all the pieces, you could make a new lot starting with the PIM, and set it up so that it doesn't do that. You can be pretty sure that there is something in the .sc4desc that is causing this. It depends on how much work you want to do with it.

    Have you consulted the builder?
