Hello everybody! Im xXSIMCITYPLAYERXx. BUT you can call me T.j. anyways... just to let you know. im a Game designer (sorta) when it comes to RPG games. The program im using to make my rpg games are:

RPG maker VX Ace

Also im having a really hard time in making some stone age Simcity 4 buildings for my mod called "Dawn of Civilization". If any of you are a expert in gmax post some tutorials for me. I'll do anything to make the mod. the mod make the WHOLE game prehistoric like... Please help me with the mod.

You're undertaking a tremendous task here. Only one other mod that completely changes the game has ever been completed (SimMars).

I bet lots of people would love to see an ancient civilization SimCity, and you might be able to enlist help. You'll have to sell your idea well, though, as the new SimCity is coming out in 7 months and many may lose interest in SC4.

As for tutorials, I recommend browsing the Omnibus (one of the tabs at the top of this website). There's tons of great stuff in there.
