LBT lots without textures

I don't know you have seen it, but in my case, when I use some of the LBT lots a few of the textures are disappearing and the terrain below the building is blank or show the background below the terrain.

This has been happening to me, even though I have installed the LBT Mega Texture Pack.

Am I missing another dependency? If yes, could you please link it up to me? I am tired to looking for some way to fix this issue.

NOTE: This happens primarily with the Colonial Buildings Pack, some commercial buildings, a few churches, and all the hospitals/police stations.

This comes up every now and then... If I remember correctly, back when LBT re-compiled the texture and prop packs into the MEGA versions, something was incomplete or not updated with some of the older LBT items. If you use the I think the textures should be there.

Note: The installer isn't in English, but all the buttons are in the usual place.
