Good place to purchase Rush Hour?

Hey everyone

I was something of a major SimCity fan in high school, and just recently found my old copy of SimCity 4 and decided to try it again. However, I'm having a hard time finding a place to purchase Rush Hour on the net-apparently, EA only sells the Deluxe edition now. Having to pay $20 for that feels unfair, however, since I already have the original game and just need the expansion pack. Anyone know where I can get it? (I'd prefer a paid download, since that would be most convenient, but I am willing to order CD's or go to a Best Buy/Staples/whatever if that's the only place I can get it.)

Also, where's some good introductory strategy for newcomers? I got rather good at SimCity 3000, but never seemed to be able to build a successful city on four (the reason, I think, that I eventually quit playing).

Rush Hour is no longer sold because the original SC4 is also no longer sold; SC4 Deluxe is really the standard edition of the game as of 2012. In reality, you're not paying anything more for SC4Deluxe than those of us who bought Rush Hour back when it was a separate expansion pack. You could look for someplace like Amazon or something and see if they have it. I can tell you already that Best Buy, Wal Mart, and other brick-and-mortar stores only sell SC4 Deluxe.

If you really, really, really want/need Rush Hour, there's a downloadable version for $14.77 at -> Amazon.

At least my targets all ways have sc4 boxes have SC rush hour , Snap city and SCC all for 19.99$

You would be far better off with a download copy of Deluxe from Amazon or GamersGate. The slight premium you would pay gives you the 1,1,641 build which is fully patched with all the published patches and runs without a disk in the drive.

If you get Rush Hour, you have to install it, then update it with the two published patches (carefully, carefully) from SC4Devotion using their EA Support button.

Be sure to save the install folder if you download the game.
