help,building,scratch,BAT

hello,

so i was wondering how do you make your own lots (rail yards, trailer parks, ect) i mean like start from scratch so you can say its your and have it how you want it no just taking somebodys work they made and do a lot edit i want to make something from scratch.

Well, basically, if you want to create buildings or props for your lot, you'll have to learn how to use the BAT. For creating your own ground textures and such, use photoshop or gimp. You can create texture packs using the sc4tools. I however never done that so I'm not really sure how it works. There are however numerous texture and prop packs already available with almost an unlimited amount of content. I understand if you want to do things by yourself, but you could come a long way with using only a few dependencies.

Anyway if you want to start learning things, a great place to start off is the omnibus. It has some great tutorials to get you started:
