I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this question in, but what do these properties (Shown in Reader) specifically do? (The specifics I'm asking about are in Bold and Italicized)

    PluginPackID (In custom-made lot/buildings)

Budget Item: Line (In many various ploppable buildings)

Pollution at outer edge of circle (in ingame Water Treatment Plant)

Budget: TaxRateOccWeight_nRCIType (in Budget Tuning Parameters under Simulator)

Demand Is Variable (in many ingame Airport/Seaport buildings)

    MiscType1 (in the Ferry Terminals)

Also, what properties in Reader allow you to change the capacities of the Ferry Terminals, and the amount of monthly cost/incomes of the Ordinances?

I've been wondering for a long time on what these properties do.

Down the bottom of the Exemplar Viewer there is a little panel which gives a brief description of what the Property does and what variables it takes as arguments.

    However, to answer your questions.

PluginPackID: ID of the Plugin Pack to which the data belongs. Presumably for error reporting in the event that that LOT is missing on city load.

Budget Item: Line: To specify the GUID of the Line this budget item belongs to. Probably to collapse many budget items into a single category, for example Airports.

Pollution at Outer Edge of Circle: This one has a long description, so I'll do a summary. Basically how much pollution is generated at the outer edge of the Pollution Production Circle. The number can be negative to specify a pollution reduction. (The water treatment plant is probably the only lot that uses this)

Budget: TaxRateOccWeight_nRCIType: This one doesn't show up in my Property List, but I assume it's the old name given to several similar "Budget: TaxRateOccWeight_" properties. It's basically a multiplier for the amount of tax generated from that wealth on that lot.

Demand is Variable: If true, the demand simulator ignores demand created and satisfied until instructed. Probably to prevent the lots from providing positive effects until construction is finished.

MiscType1: This one doesn't have a static meaning, it varies from exemplar to exemplar. In short, we know what it can take, but we don't know what it does.

I don't know what changes the capacities of things like the ferry terminals, but the Ordinances costs can probably be adjusted using the Budget Item: Cost property.

I've never really understood "Budget Item: Line", because for example the Police Stations, if the integer for the property "Budget Item: Line" (It shows up as 1), is anything other than 1, the game will crash immediately on plopping the building.
