Hopters and plane help! I'm a newbie!

When I get a deluxe police station or a kiosk station with a helicopter, either way when I dispatch the helicopter to a riot, after the riot is over it doesn't land and it says it is still dispatching there.

Same with the fire plane, it drops a little water and fly on forever never landing.

Is there a way to fix this issue? Or do I have to deal with it?

Congratulations, you've found one of the unfixable bugs in the game. ST has agreed to not reverse engineer the game, even for the purpose of fixing things like this.

Do the helicopters still help with riots if you put them on either side of the riot like police car?

For me, it only helps very little. I would suggest sticking with just the cars instead of the chopper because the chopper takes ages just to stop what it's doing and make it to the riot. If you try to use the helicopter without any ground vehicles the riot will most likely grow bigger and eventually spread through town.

No, just use ground services. The air services aren't much good anyway.

Air services are just there to be vehicles to drive if you have RH or Deluxe.
