Looking for demand mod!

hi guys

two years ago was the last time I played simcity 4.

A couple of days ago i decided to play the game again.

But two years ago I had a demand mod and when I raised the tax the demand shrank and when i lowered the taxes the demand increased.

Is this mod still around??

Or is there a new mod that does the same stuff??

I used to use a demand mod, but I found something that works better. It is the Plopmatic 9000, here is a It basically does the same thing as a demand mod, but it also effects residential demand, which most mods do not.
