Hello, I have many BATS But there a no lights with them can I get some help? thanks

Do you use an updated SC4 Deluxe game. If not, check the Nightlights and Updates section of . It has the information and links you need to update your game.

I have deluxe But all my BAT's Are dark at night

Have you applied the game patches for Deluxe mentioned in the guide linked to above? If you hover the mouse over the game's exe file (or right-click to check the properties) located in the C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps folder, it should show a version number. This needs to be 1.1.640 if all patches have been applied, including the patch for nightlights.
