Multiplayer anyone?

Hello people. I badly want to play SC4 in multi, possibly with some kind of roleplaying (like everyone rules on cities that interact with each other but have their roles like the core, the low density suburbia, or the industrial zones and so on). I've heard that it is possible ot order the game to load different plugins somehow, that would be right for this. So anyone is up for this and knows how to do this or there's already a running game i can join in? Please .

I do not think i have heard of that, nor do i think that it is possible in Simcity 4.

I've heard of that and i know some people managed to do that, so i guess someone is still doing it, i hope, unluckly i have no idea.

The game is not designed for this. I think you have to be pretty good at computers to make it happen, and I don't see how you would make the transaction processing elements work.
