Well, I got it to work. This fix was tested on my Windows 7 x64 system.

    1. Download the .zip file.

    2. Open the .ZIP in WinRAR or any other program capable of opening .zip files.

    3. Extract ALL of the files in the .zip to a new folder called "sc4 terraformer". I placed the folder on my desktop.

    4. Open the "Library.zip" file. Copy and paste all of the folders and files that are located in "library.zip" to the folder you have just created. (sc4 terraformer)

    5. Try launching the program. If you get a DLL error for the file MSVCP71.DLL, download it from here and place it in the sc4 terraformer folder: http://www.dll-files...s.shtml?msvcp71

    6. It should work. If it doesn't, post below.

(Sorry if this fix has already been found. I was just happy to finally get it working.)
