Runway Texture Problem

Hello,

this is prob the 3rd post to this site. so baer with me while I try to explain what is happening. but first off, as the other post mentioned to say....

SimCity 4 Deluxe, Win7, Dual Core Processor, Laptop, 8 gigs of memory.

Now on to the problem. first off, I have no idea to where the screen shots are placed in my disk. otherwise I would have posted it along with this request / problem. In anycase, on some of the runways have a bad texture to it. the best way I can describe it is that the runway(s) have hatched pieces it is incorrect, sort of like a child put the puzzle pieces on the runway, sideways. I have had this in the game problem, since I have been playing.

there is no name in the description, just names like 6 tile piece half runway, or small runway 2 x 3 piece. just the texture parts. I looked at what i install, and this had no creator, no .html page, no dependancy list. (as I said I can show a picture, but I have no clue where it is saved to. maybe someone can help me there too)

Every download I get, I read each text file, and or web page of it. so I can get the dependancies for it. but there are some that have nothing in the zip file at all. and at times, (like in the case of BSC for example). I read the web page, go after the dependancies, but when I head to those files needed, it says locked, or changed to another file. Thank God for the Lex, i can gind what i need in a heartbeat. when I head to the other site. it is either down, no such file. nothing. so I wind up with empty parts of the object.

What files, or textures are there for Runways? is there a single one, or several of them? if so where may I be able to find them.??

Screenshots are in C:\Users\%Your Computer Username%\Documents\SimCity 4\Albums\%You City's Name%, which can be accessed from the start menu as "Documents", then going through "SimCity 4" and "Albums" and finding the appropriate city folder.

I think it is possible you have a plugin conflict, but as you say, being able to see the picture would help identify the issue.
