Well after ages of not playing the game, I've fired up the game again, this time on the mac - showing to be a slightly more interesting affair than predicted.

But it's been so long since I played it last, I'm not very good at starting out properly and I've lost my way around this website...

Is there a section of the website, much like a wiki I guess, with like Sim City 101 for people like me who want to make cities like this: (fairly sure that's not the proper link for that city though)

but need a helping push...?

(I just want to make a big city and craft it with cool stuff and put my urban planning skills to the test)

Cheers,

Tui

(It's great to be back with this game again though!)

The omnibus is what you want. There is also the tutorial section at SC4D which has a lot of helpful stuff.

The cities in that CJ use a lot of custom content. Remember to only install plugins one at a time and test them out, there is a lot of stuff that will not work properly if installed along side something else. Also remember to download the required dependencies.

Wow that Bristol is awesome, it really gives the look of a NY suburb, really! I don't know still if it's better to use all styles mixed up or just the older (New York and Chicago) or the newer (Houston and Europe) for me. Mumble mumble... :). Back to topic, follow jack's advices, see the tutorials and get the custom stuff, but like jack said beware of bugs.

May Lenin'sk sprawl forever in wide and wise Mother Russia! - Lenin'sk City motto.

There is a "Next Page" button on the bottom of the page (if you don't see it).
