Residential Capacity REDUCTION

    I remember seeing a mod on this site years ago that reduced residential capacity stats on all buildings to slightly more realistic numbers. Due to the awful search functions and extreme slowness I can't find this mod anywhere. Can anyone help me out?

    And if this mod is gone, is there any way to reduce residential capacity on some global level or will I be stuck editing every single building in the game by hand? Is there some sort of batch search/replace tool I could use to speed this up?

    Preferably I'd just like to find the mod...
