STEX Problem

I was downloading a few files from the Stex. I then extracted them and went to download a few more and got a board message that says I cannot download anymore files until all my others downloads are complete. But all my downloads are complete so I don't know whats wrong. I tried to log off then back on and restart my computer but nothing changes. My hard drive died and I lost all my mods so I'm trying to get everything back. Has anyone else encoutered this problem before? Any help would be much appreciated.
