US Post Office, I hope I had some better textures!

Edit: The front lobby needs textured and I hope I had a better modern looking texture for the overall building. Do any one have? I may scrap this one however. I really don't like it.

This is my Valu-Self Storage Center. I will probably make some variations of it. Do any one prefer it to be a growable or plop?

Nice Job so far.. they look good. I prefer propable over growable. Also whats the chance of you making the storage units a bit taller so maybe a fire station could be made out of it? or maybe adding something like that to the public safety building your working on.

Anyway nice job so far on all the things pictured 44.gif44.gif

Here are my latests preview renders for my Suburban Medical Clinc, I still have a lot of work to do, the lobby area, the outer area and add some details. I am torn however because this would make a great Suburban office building however. I want to make area for those trees as I seen Simgoober do with his Outdoor World Bat, but I still learning and dont know how to do in Bat. But your opinions are greatly appreciated.

    Wolf_pt: Thanks!

pursuit1: Thanks for your comments! I will post pic for the Public Safety Building. It already have garage doors where the fire station portion will be. As for grow and plop: In fact I will do both.

Here is a update for my Suburban Public Safety Building. The red radio tower is not showing in preview renders, do anyone know why? Also if you take a look on the right side there are Doors for the fire department portion of the building. Let me know what you think!

One of my future projects, a health club that will look nice in suburban commerical and residental districts. It fits with my modernist theme.

Hey, a new BATter, so promising BATs, and so little feedback? Come on, ST, you can do better...

Most of that stuff looks really great; the only thing I'm not so sure about is the use of tiled roof textures... this applies particularly to your big Public Safety building and the post offiece. With your Suburban PS building, the tiling is at least less pronounced. However, it would be cool if the edges of the tiles matched and lined up with the edges of the roof, if you know what I mean.

Your little Valu Self-Storage Center (which I would prefer as a growable, btw 2.gif ) seems to reveal that you have read 6459978's hints about texturing, and the result is good - I wonder why you didn't use at least some of its advantages for the other buildings, too.

Concerning the trees in front of the PS building, BATting trees is complicated, drives up your poly count and most of the times results in trees that just won't fit with the in-game trees. I'd suggest you make a custom LOD for your building by cutting out this corner area. This way, it ought to be possible to add trees and stuff as props in the Lot Editor. This saves poly count (and thus, construction time, rendering time and file size) and allows for more flexibility.
