New region

Hello everyone. Can you tell me (if possible) how to create a region composed of one city? I thank those who may provide the answer (please answer me in English)

1. Go to mydocuments/simcity4/regions and make a new folder and call it whatever you want your region to be called...

2. Go to mydocuments/simcity4/regions/sanfrancisco and open "config" using paint...

3. Zoom to the closest view and erase the cities you don't want... (Blue squares that are 4x4 pixels are large cities, green squares that are 2x2 are medium cities and red single pizels are small cities)

4. Save as in you new folder you already created - Make sure you DO NOT over-right your san francisco config!

5. Start the game and find your region
