I'm new here and want to know how to install the bat because I want to do a lot of buildings of my country (Uinited Arab Emirates) and did not find any tutorial on youtube please help me!

Go here, you will find a link to the BAT and a link to GMAX (which you have to install first). That site has the rest of the modding tools and patches that you will need, so I suggest you look around there while you are at it (look under EA support).

You need gmax which can be downloaded here

You also need to register.

Then you just need to start the Setup of the BAT.
