Moving to a New Computer

I'm moving to a new computer and I'm taking my massive (10gb! ) SC4 Documents folder with me, which includes all of my regions and plugins.

My question is; Is this enough? Is there anything that will require re-instalations? Specifically things like NAM and CAM - Do they make fundemental changes to the program or are they entirely confined in the plugins folder?

There will be no problem in copying the contents of your "Documents\SimCity4\Plugins" folder to your new computer. The same applies if you have any plugins in your "Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins" folder. But you will still need to install SimCity 4 on your new PC, as the game files cannot just be copied over.
