Official Maxis downloads

Hello,

I haven't played this game in a while, but I recently got a new computer and wanted to play SC4 again. I remember that there were 2 or 3 downloads from SimCity.com in order to use the various custom plugins, buildings, and lots found on the LEX and STEX. The stickied topic found here (https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/topic/42142-how-to-install-stex-bats-lots-and-maps/) link to those required downloads. The problem is that the links are old. SimCity.com doesn't exist anymore, it only redirects to the SimCity facebook page. Does anyone know where I can download these files?

The useful links in my signature have the bldg_prop vol1 & 2 files &
the game updates that you may be looking for,also if you don't have
the Rush Hour expansion Pak or the Deluxe edition of sc4 then most
files from the Stex or Lex will be unuseable.Let me know if you need
any help in locating the files on those sites or if you need any other
help.

Pretty much all files originally on simcity.ea.com are now available
only on those sites.
