Overpasses and Underpasses?

Well I've searched the ST Exchange and these forums high and low, but cannot find what I'm looking for :s

Are there are rail-ground highway overpasses, rail-avenue overpasses, elevated rail-highway overpasses?

If you are looking for overpasses like this ones:





have a look here: A UK village - page 6 . I posted tutorials on how to build them. You can easily apply them to 'rail over avenue' or 'rail over ground highway' as well.
