manually placing growable buildings

    If memory serves me right, I remember there being a downloadable pack on the exchange of all of the growable maxis buildings as plop-able buildings. As in you could manually place all of the growable maxis buildings. Can't seem to find it on the exchange and wondering if it still exists and if it does if someone can point it out to me.
