Changing when a building is built?

Is there a way of editing a building's properties so that it will not appear in certain zoning densities. I've downloaded a fantastic building that looks great in a mid-town setting, but for my leafy suburbs it looks a little out of place. Is there a way to stop it developing when low density residential is zoned but letting it flourish in medium/high density zones?

You can change this with Ilive's Reader. In the .sc4lot file there's a property called LotConfigPropertyZoneTypes, 0x01 is low density, 0x02 is medium density and 0x03 is high density, so if you want it to grow on medium and high density zones the value should be 0x02,0x03.
