I just love those tracebacks meant for programming gurus. Your problem is that your distribution of windows does not include the Python run time. Google for Python. It is a programming language and terraformer is written in it, so you need the run time libraries for python. Be sure to get the right one if there is a choice.

People who write in very high level languages because they are easier piss me off greatly. Any program for distribution of a large community should be written in one of the standard O/S languages. In this case, C. If you can't write a program in C, you shouldn't distribute it without the relevant libraries or at least a warning.

Oh, and Python is a freebie.

I am in no way a programming or software "guru", but a couple thoughts...

There are a few files that need to be present that may need to be downloaded separately. Check the readme for the ones needed.

Also, the listed files reference items included in a zip folder that is part of the installation. This folder needs to remain in the main SC4Terraformer folder and is not to be unzipped then removed.

There have been several posts about issues when running the program with Win7 and Vista (here's one and another). Some seem to have figured things out to get it running.
