I remember I´ve downloaded a plopable money cheat building for Cities Xl 2011, but I can not for my life find it anywhere now. Any idea where I may find it? And also, is it available for 2012?

its kind of a pain that such a building would be in the environment menu, which you don't unlock for a while.

Banks are either landmarks or exceptional offices, both of which unlock rather late.

And you could always activate Expert mode, unlocking the Environmental menu instantly

how do you install the bank

Click F1 to usger in the preferences menu, click third tab and box "expert" setting. Then go to civics->environment-> and you have the bank there the thumbnail is blan or there is a parking lot. Plop it somewhere outskirt of the map, connect with toad to cityhall, and soon you will have + 1 000 0000 cashflow per budget.
