How to get the basic updates for SC4RushHour?

Reinstalled the game on my new computer, and discover that this official Simcity4 site is shut down. I only find a facebooksite instead.

I remember i needed this official site to download this basic patch, or update (there were also some Landmarks on this site you just found on that site, but the important thing for me is that basic update).

Do anyone know where i can find this update, either on the official page, or a safe other source?

Yes i found that. But is that file: update_sku2_to_p1....exe the right, or only one? On the old site the site searched thru the pc to figure out what version i had, and then came with an automatic update.

If you have Deluxe or Rush Hour installed, you will need one of the updates in the second list (...SHU#_TO_P1_B638) where the # is determined by the region version of the game you have. I believe if you look in the C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Sku_Data folder, you'll find a folder name SKU#. The # will tell you what the correct patch would be.

As for additional patches, there's also a patch which allows night lights to appear on custom content. I don't think it is available on that site, but it can be downloaded from EA section at SC4Devotion. Just accept the user agreement, then follow the BAT link. The name of the patch is SC4Update4BAT. You do not need to install the BAT to apply the patch.
