New Sealed Game and No match on CD Key

Hi there, I just recieved the game a few hours ago in the post. The game was sealed and unused. I opened the package and unsealed the box and opened the game. I then popped the CD into the Drive and began installing.

When it came to entering the CD key I entered it exactly and without mistakes and I recieved the message saying that I have entered an invalid Code. Please check you entered the code correctly and included all spaces.

The code on the back on the manual (as specified to be the code looks like this) AAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAAA-AAAA.

I am wondering if there is any help I can recieve for this issue?

The best thing I can think of would be to contact EA tech support,

they should be able to give you a valid replacement key if it was

sealed.

You may also want to contact the store or seller first(if not an EA store)

to see if you can get a replacement code or another copy shipped.

Thank you bud, I have already contacted the Retailer that gave me my copy, and I'll be contacting the publisher later depending on Game's Response.
