Help! I can't download anything.

So I last downloaded Odd From Sweden's NY Houses Ploppable and pressed download quite some times due to me being impatient and after I got the building, I went on to get Efe's Grill. So when doing that, I pressed download and got this error, [#10863] You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete. I get this on anything I try to download and it is irritating. Nothing is downloading at all and this has been going on for several hours without letting me get anything.

Does anybody know what this is because I am getting pretty annoyed with this bug and want to create a clone account but know that is bad. It sucks and I want to know why this is happening. Thanks.

Could it be because the site is running slowly, or possibly because you clicked "Download" so many times, or maybe a combination of both? Try logging out, and back in; and also try waiting a little bit to see if that helps.

Thanks but I logged out for some time now and it still syas the same thing. should I wait until late tomorrow?

Maybe you should contact an Admin, and see if they can help.

You could try using a different browser. Although some say it didn't help. It is still a problem for the site and it will probably take the staff a while to fix. There is a thread on it here.

That's what people say usually happens. It just requires a little waiting.

Perhaps the cookie got confused. Next time that happens, try to clear your cache/cookies for Simtropolis or use a different browser.
