I Really Need Help!

I really need anyone's help. My husband bought the box set of Sim City tonight and we can't seem to get it to install. We put the first disk in and it works. Then ran the second. It works half way, but then says to put in the game play disk. What is the game play disk?? We tried in put both disks 1 & 2 in and it still won't work. So could you PLEASE HELP us?? THNX!!!

I don't really understand this. Do you mean it stops the installation and requests that you put in Disc 2(Which is the disc required when you want to play)?
