Residential doesn't grow anymore.

    I am having a problem growing residential (low density) zones. Whenever a city gets big, low density residential zones just stop growing! The fast-forward button seems to stop working too.

    Here is the demand:

    The same thing is starting to happen with commercial:

    The population of the city is about 110,000 with about the same amount of commercial jobs. After waiting 2 sim years, neither R or C zones grow!

    Rebuild the amenities (schools, parks e.t.c.), plant trees and make some U.D.I. missions. Believe it or not, Sims like it!

    Try plopping a medium playground on the corner next to that high school on top of a couple of the res. lots. Also, how is fire and health protection? Sometimes dropping in a clinic will start things going. Looks like you've been capped, and need to break it.
