Hi

I have a huge problem with my main city. Few days ago I built PEG seaport and my problems started. After saving the game city won't load and crashes to desktop. I deleted PEG Port from my plugins, managed to open the city. I removed all PEG port buildings, saved the game and now can't open it anymore at all. Could my save been corrupted? How can I solve this issue?

No, i don't have a back up :(((

I tired many things already but nothing seems to work. Other cities are working fine, it is only case of this particular one. What could I try?

PLEASE HELP :(((

I'd suggest wiping the tile clean. Of course that will just turn it into a flat city tile and youd have to terraform again. If you manage to open the city tile, quickly try to revert the tile back to it's "pristine state", meaning it wipes all traces of development, but keeps the terrain as it is. You'd have to start the city over, but you'd keep the terrain intact.

For trying to solve the CTD, I'm not sure. I've had a city tile before as well that would crash the game every single time I tried to start it. Never figured out a solution other than not playing it or wiping it clean.

If you can load it and stay stable long enough, just obliterate it. You'll keep the terrain, but everything else goes.

If you want to keep the terrain, you'll need to edit it in SC4 Terraformer or something like that and revert it to God mode.

The Obliterate command keeps the terrain. It is not the same as the delete city command. It simulates a nuclear strike.

It sounds like you have conflicting seaport controllers. Try reinstalling the PEG seaport controller file or other associated files and then try and load the city. you're fine having two seaport controller files as long as you don't build a seaport and then save your city. If this works, do not build the PEG seaport, but instead save your city and exit, then once again remove the PEG seaport and associated controller files. This may work, but I can't guarentee anything.
