    Hmm... actually, the Pilgrims first landed in Chatham, Massachussets. They then sailed along the shore up to Provincetown, Massachussets, where they stayed for a bit (there's a monement there), and then they sailed across Capa Cod Bay into Plymouth (Massachussets).

    So they didn't land in Plymouth, they just settled down there. Oh, and they spelled it "Plimoth".

    Also, the current "Plimoth Plantation" is actually a couple miles away from the original site, where downtown Plymouth, Massachussets now sits.
