Does Anyone know how to change the direction of how you want to plop sea ports?

Whenever i attempt to put sea ports into my city, i do not know how to change the position of them before i put it into my City. does anyone know how to do this. i have no clue.46.gif46.gif46.gif

    You rotate them like you rotate any other lot. Press the Home/End keys. But make sure your number lock is off.

    Unless you are on a laptop, the num lock key is irrelevant.

    Actually I am on a laptop and I do have a number lock key. My laptop is a 2009 Acer Aspire and it has a full keyboard including the number keys on the side.

    Being something of a computing dinosaur, I don't use laptops unless I must. At the moment, I don't have one. I am addicted to the full keyboard complete with all the auxiliary control keys. I use a small tower, a 24" DVI monitor, and all the usual desktop stuff. There is something to be said about being retired...
