strange lighting problem

    Hey guys. Hope you can help me here. I'm running Deluxe Edition on a Dell Latitude D620 with Windows XP Pro. Downloaded and applied EP1 update and bldg props 1 and 2. Nothing. Maybe partial lighting, but overall no lights. I have a picture as an example below. I've done all I can think of to do, I figured it was a simple thing I was missing but this is stumping me. In the meantime I'll keep trying. Thanks for any and all suggestions.

    You also need the Update4BAT to activate custom nightlights.

    update her at sc4devotion here You will not have to register for this process if you want to download from the lex you will need a username for that as well if you don't already
