No Developed City Will Load

I have absolutely no idea why, but no developed city of mine will load, regardless of its size in population, networks, whatever you want to gauge. I have no problem loading a blank tile and starting a new city. Hell, I can even get back into it. I don't really understand the inconsistency. I really hope that every developed city in my region didn't corrupt at once because that'd be...well...bad.

I removed every plugin I have installed since my last play, but that did nothing. I'm absolutely baffled. Any ideas?

Edit: nevermind, I moved the NAM folder to test, instead of copying it over. The cities load after a while, but half the networks are missing. Whoops LOL. Can someone please delete this thread? Sorry for the mess.

by the way hey buddy long time no see. Have you installed any new mods like the diognal brdige mod by the na team or any mods in recent days get back to me on that cause I have had problems with with extreme money mods and such for a long time until I solved them by just uninstalling
