We'd love to have you! Also, joining the site is not the same as becoming a member, for that you have to apply. To apply: Just go in the application center and click the application guidelines for the particular membership you're looking for. You're CJ must be about a nation, or you must be willing to make your CJ about a nation and no, you don't have to build the whole nation, just a few cities and update everyone once in a while, mostly this is just for role-play and fun!
