Request: Buildings that lowers desirability...

    Hi,

    Does anybody think that they can make a building or lot that projects a radius of low desirability around it? You know, for example, if you place the building or lot in your city, then the area within the radius it would be an undesirable place for medium-to-high wealth Sims to live in. Heck, you could also make one lot to attract medium wealth Sims and another to attract high wealth Sims.
