Permission to upload new region

    Hello, to you all. I am very very interested in sc4 mapmaking and would gladly participate in it. I've just made my first accurate region ever. I tried to upload it, but when I tried to attach a sc4m file I got a message: You don't have the permission to upload this type of file. What may cause the problem here?

    I assume you have windows.

    You need to put the config and the sc4m file in a folder. Then right click > send to > compressed(zipped) folder. Then when you upload a file navigate to that file.

    I hope to see your region on the STEX :)

    Ah that's right, STEX only allow's zipped folders to be uploaded. Do what Jack said and you'll be able to upload it.

    Yes, that was the problem. Windows and it's need for zipping. I've managed to upload my small 4x4 region :) My first region ever :)
