How about someone who knows a lot about dependencies and zip folders create a mega pack with all dependencies in it so no-one has to go nuts because they found a brown box (which is ugly, lol) in their city.

Just go to the ST Exchange and press the upload file-button there I would guess...

I have never uploaded anything here before, so I'm not 100% sure on this

Well if you do want to upload a map, look at the tutorial on SC4M files. And to upload press the upload file on the STEX and make sure you compress your map folder to a zip file.

Did it ant there were errors.

And I was wondering if there is a way to get avenues without the deluxe edition, like a download. simcity.com is not working.

Avenues are part of SC4 Rush Hour. If you have SC4 Rush Hour or Deluxe, you have avenues, as well as one way roads, ground level Maxis Highway, elevated rail, monorail and you have access to all custom content on this site (of which 99% is not compatible with the basic game).

It has been awhile since I was last here because of a little incident... I need to find the solar tower and the city wide library again... I got most of my deleted files from that incident though! Relief!
