Google Earth/SimCity 4 Omnibus Article

Back in Simtropolis 6.x, there was a neat Omnibus article about creating realistic cities from Google Earth satellite imagery, but I can't find it. Can anyone help? or Is it buried in the new Omnibus and I'm just an idiot?

I made that article and, no, it hasn't yet been posted on the new Omnibus (not sure why).

Honestly, I don't think I do anymore, I think I deleted it once it went up or actually created it in a Simtropolis private post. Otherwise I would've definetally PM'd it to him.
