    I have some gaps to fill and I prefer to take my time and come up with something nice to fill them. Besides my RL is a little busy right now.

    A little contribution to my fellow Simtropians. Hope you'll enjoy it.

    I returned to SimMars after many years, wanting to create this megalomanic building complex, similar to the Tyrell Corporations Pyramid. This is supposed to be a High Tech Utility center for the region, providing power, water and waste disposal.
    I was inspired by the movie Blade Runner (1982) and imagined what would the Off-World Colonies look like, where the NEXUS Androids worked as slaves.

    I added NAM to SimMars, because sadly it is not being worked on anymore... So ignore the grass, let's just imagine that the grass and trees are in fact artificial trees, so the human colonist can feel more at home, or to add a bit of luxury to the area, since in the Blade Runner lore animals and (I assume) plants are mostly artificially made.

    The original idea was to build a concrete pyramid, but then I opted for this version instead. This is still a work in progress, I want to fill the empty areas with pipelines and other industrial looking building.

    Also please feel free to give me your ideas, comment, I want to expand this and try and build a whole region in this futuristic style.

    Also any suggestions on what to do with the highway? I'm not really feeling these straight highway lanes.

    To be honest, I don't have something specific to suggest. But if you're going to dive deeper into the SimMars ocean, you might want to give the next buildings a try too.

    Thanks! And really cool what you made there. 
    To make the clean pyramid, you can do it with terrain raiser lots, then cover them with seawalls ;)

    I did that for the base of my pyramid, but honestly got lazy and went with this terraced solar pannel look :D

    If you have LotEditor installed, you already have them- simple white tiles with elevation set to 90.
