How to create a region? My way?

    Hello!

    Im just starting to play SC4 for a while.

    I saw on simtropolis so many region, icluding Manchester United region, its look so amazing! So what i want to do is create a region, my way, But look like the terrain tool of the games not so good, its all circle tool!!!. So can anyone gives me some tool to create a region of my own.

    There are hundreds of really good maps on the STEX, I'm not sure what kind of map you're looking for but check this out. You might also want to consider a water mod or terrain mod. Pegasus has some really nice water mods, the most popular one is here. As for terrain mods, Cycledogg has some nice ones on the LEX along with some lovely matching tree mods.
