Blue layer (LOD?)

OK, back some months ago, I was testing out the camera function (I think) with BAT, and I found that my whole model was covered in blue, conflicting with the model. I managed to hide it, but that came back to bite me when I hid the front wall of my building to texture the back. When I unhid it, the blue reappeared. Anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it?

Deleting it is one of the options if you want to Refit-LODs later (which is usually not a bad idea).

Otherwise, you can select the LOD (or LODs, there should be three for different zoom levels), right-click, and choose "Hide Selection". The alternative is to do a test render; this hides the LODs automatically in order for the building to show up in the render.

What must have happened to you was you hid the front wall, and when you chose to "Unhide All", it unhid the LODs as well.

    Hope that helps.

All right! I think I killed all of them (there were about three). Awesome!
