NAM and RHW Mod

    Hey everyone, I've downloaded the NAM and RHW mod and they don't seem to open when i play the game. I've extracted them into my simcity 4 folder ---> and then into my plugins folder using Winrar. But while all my other lots and downloads work these two don't.

    PLEASE HELP ANYONE!!! I'M CLUELESS!!!

    The Windows versions of the NAM and RHW packages contain installers which need to be run to install the mods. Simply dropping them into your Plugins will do nothing.

    The CAM has no dependencies, and is not a modpack to add buildings to the game.
